This arrangement gives young companies a way to handle their legal matters with high quality expertise and at the same time avoid paying the kind of fees traditional law firms charge.

For companies with in-house support or General Counsel, we serve as an extension of their department. If and when the workload goes beyond capacity of the in-house teams, we provide general counsel on an as-needed basis and at a fraction of the cost of traditional external counsel.
